Keithley offers the widest range of bench and system digital multimeters (DMMs) to meet any measurement requirement. Whether you need a basic DMM for a student lab or a fast or accurate DMM for component, module, or assembled product, production testing, you can choose from 5 ½ digit resolution to 8 ½ digit resolution DMMs. If extremely high accuracy is needed for a standards lab, the most accurate Keithley DMM provides 6ppm basic accuracy. If fast measurement speed is needed for capturing complex load current profiles from IoT devices or medical devices, the fastest DMM samples at 1Msample/s. Researchers, designers, and production test engineers can make a wide range of measurements including DC and AC volts, DC and AC current, two- and four wire Ohms, continuity, frequency, period, RTD, thermistor, and thermocouple temperatures, diode functionality, and capacitance. The Keithley DMMs have a range of interfaces including GPIB, USB, LAN, LAN LXI, and RS-232 to accommodate the needs for data acquisition and automated testing.
